“I Love You, a bushel and a peck, a bushel and a peck and a hug around the neck”
I never heard this song before I met Kyle. His granny used to sing it to him as a kid. I started singing it to Lennox when she was a baby but she made nothing of it. The last few nights, she has asked me to sing her “bushel peck” while cuddling up before bed. It’s the sweetest thing when she asks me and while I sing it to her, over and over again she gives me hugs, kisses and “noses” (Eskimo kisses).
She melts my heart each night!
