If you know me in real life, you know that there have been some ups and downs at work lately; some big announcements that have put my employment status up in the air. I really have no idea what is going to happen and if or when I will lose my job. I am hanging in there for now and riding out this storm to see what happens. But with that in mind, saving money and being prepared, is something in the front of my mind a lot of the time. With that, my decision to keep using the Unlimited Plans from Walmart Family Mobile was an easy one to make.
Currently we still have our iPhones through AT&T but since Walmart Family Mobile will work with some iPhones, if I become unemployed all of a sudden for a long period of time, I can see us moving over to Walmart Family Mobile without hesitation.
The reason for this is the savings. A family plan on the Walmart Family Mobile service is close to a 50% savings each month compared to my AT&T service with unlimited talk, text and web. It is under $50 a month!
That is pretty incredible and you are not locked into any type of commitment or contract. After being able to test the service for a while now, I can say that it works great. I haven’t had any dropped calls or missed texts. Lennox even can use all the apps she is used to using while we are in the car (Netflix mainly).
Walmart Family Mobile also has an easy and convenient online account management and information page where you are able to:
- Check balances and minutes used
- Sign up for automated bill payment or make a one-time payment
- Change your plan or discover new services.
- Sign up for paperless billing.
If you get in a tight financial situation or are just looking to save some money in your monthly budget, make sure to take a look into the cheap wireless plans that Walmart Family Mobile has to offer. I haven’t been disappointed.
