Finding easy and quick dinner solutions for week nights is always great – Although sometimes we have time to make dinner that takes a long time – usually we don’t have the energy or motivation to do so! One of our go-to easy dinners is Beef Stroganoff; but this version of Beef Stroganoff is even easier as it uses ground beef, which makes for a much faster cooking time! The whole dinner can be done in 15-20 minutes, tops!
Quick & Easy Ground Beef Stroganoff
- Ground Beef
- Egg Noodles
- Onion Powder
- Sour Cream
- Cream of Mushroom Soup
- Beef Bouillon
- Salt (optional)
- Bring a large pot of water to boil and cook one package of egg noodles.
- While your egg noodles are cooking – take the ground beef and cook in a large frying pan. Once the beef is fully cooked, drain and return to medium heat.
- Mix in one can of Cream of Mushroom soup, 8oz of Sour Cream, 1 tsp. of Onion Powder, 1 tsp. beef bouillon and 1/4 cup water. Bring all of these items to a low simmer and let cook while your egg noodles finish cooking.
- Once everything has finished cooking – drain pasta and plate. Pour sauce on top of pasta and serve.
